DNVN - Interactive banking platform provider Backbase has just announced that its customer, An Binh Commercial Joint Stock Bank, has launched a new digital banking platform for businesses, ABBANK Business, marking an important step forward in supporting business customers and enhancing the digital experience.
ABBANK Business provides business owners with a comprehensive, effective digital financial solution with full financial transaction features suitable for business needs through Backbase's interactive banking platform, thereby providing businesses with a highly secure, seamless financial management platform that supports business development and financial management.
According to Mr. Riddhi Dutta, Vice President of Asia Region of Backbase, ABBANK's digital transformation is driven by a collaborative development approach and adaptability.
The launch of ABBANK Business is one of ABBANK's strong steps in its digitalization strategy, helping to simplify banking operations for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) as well as business owners with a fast and secure banking application. ABBANK Business brings three core values to businesses: comprehensive management, superior experience, and maximum security.
Key features for the launch phase include beautiful account numbers, bill payments for essential services, international money transfers, asset dashboards and recent transactions. With a flexible working model, advanced features are being developed in parallel to deliver an optimal customer experience.
After 3 months of transferring data from the old system, 100% of ABBANK's existing SME customers have completely transacted on the new platform. Currently, 88% of SME customers who regularly transact with ABBANK are using this banking application as their main transaction channel. Developed on Backbase's Interactive Banking Platform, ABBANK Business provides small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with user-friendly experiences, customized to suit the specific requirements of corporate banking.
