In order to concretize Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP dated January 9, 2025 of the Government promulgating the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, on April 9, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially launched the "Information portal for receiving and announcing products, solutions of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation" at the access address: https://nq57.mst.gov.vn.

At the launching ceremony, businesses all said that the opening of the Portal to receive and announce products, solutions of science , technology, innovation and digital transformation has met the expectations of businesses, and is a practical action to bring Resolution 57 into life. Many businesses have given their opinions to further improve this Portal.

In reality, people and businesses always want their products to have a place to introduce to users and be known to the community. “The portal has created an environment connecting product creators and those who need to buy the product. There, they have the fastest connection and technology products have been supported by the state for appraisal. I think that all scientific and technological products in practice will be put on the portal and applied more widely than before,” Mr. Dan shared.

However, he also said that to put products on the Portal, the most time-consuming and laborious task is product appraisal. This is an important task that the State, especially the Ministry of Science and Technology, must carry out.

On that basis, he proposed that there should be participation of organizations such as newspapers, radio, businesses, experts, etc. to join hands in the appraisal process, to appraise many products as quickly and accurately as possible, contributing to bringing the best products and creating trust for users.

At the same time, businesses must commit to responsibility when posting products on the Portal to create trust for the community.

On that basis, businesses suggested that the Ministry of Science and Technology should continue to improve the functions and processes of receiving, processing records and experiences, while promoting the Portal in the media and press.

To further improve the functions and operations of the Portal, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Pham Duc Long said that in the coming time, the Ministry will develop specific criteria, on that basis, invite experts to evaluate and appraise together with relevant units of the Ministry so that the Portal will become a more reliable address for the community and businesses.

The Deputy Minister also said that each invention and initiative posted on the Portal must be cautious and transparent. Because the products and solutions put into use can create great value for the country. “The Ministry of Science and Technology will commit to accompanying businesses, organizations and individuals; ready to receive, support, promote and connect creative products and solutions, contributing to building an open, sustainable and widely spread innovation and digital transformation ecosystem throughout society,” said the Deputy Minister.
