Launching the online playground "Smart Finance" for high school students nationwide

On April 11, in Hanoi, Banking Times and FPT Corporation jointly organized a signing ceremony to deploy the "Smart Finance" playground - the first online financial education playground in Vietnam for high school students nationwide, following the direction of Resolution 57-NQ/TW and Resolution 03/NQ-CP.

The “Smart Finance” playground is expected to contribute to the implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy by 2030, through popularizing basic financial knowledge, forming reasonable spending habits and training financial management skills for the young generation.

The program includes a series of financial challenges designed in increasing levels from basic to advanced, closely following real life practices such as saving, spending wisely, investing smartly and making personal financial plans.

In particular, students will experience realistic simulated financial situations - important skills to prepare for adulthood in the digital economy .

With the form of online competition on the VioEdu platform combined with practical experience activities at school, the playground promises to create a lively and attractive learning space, helping students both access financial knowledge and develop critical thinking and necessary life skills.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Editor-in-Chief of Banking Times Le Thi Thuy Sen emphasized: “We want to spread financial knowledge in a lively, flexible and appropriate way for the thinking of Generation Z and Alpha. At the same time, we expect that the cooperation with FPT will bring a new and modern form of financial knowledge communication, enhancing the effectiveness of financial knowledge communication to students, parents and schools.”

The “Smart Finance” playground is expected to reach more than 5 million students in the first year, aiming for widespread dissemination in the following years. The program is not only an innovative educational activity, but also concretizes the Government's goals in promoting digital transformation in education, while forming a foundation of sustainable financial awareness for people right from high school.
