Realme C51 is made by a team of two layers of materials, with a glass bead coating process on a bright base layer. This contrasting combination creates a multi-dimensional back effect, changes color according to light and helps limit fingerprints.

Powering the device is a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.

The phone comes with a 90Hz IPS LCD display, 6.74 inches wide, the bezel on the device is rounded in a C shape with a 7.99mm body, weighing 186g.

The product has a dual rear camera (50MP + 0.3MP) and a 5MP front sensor. The smartphone uses the Unisoc Tiger T612 chipset combined with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB ROM.
