Presenting a political report at the congress, Ms. Ton Ngoc Hanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dong Nai province, said that after the merger, Dong Nai became one of the largest provinces in the country, a border province, diverse in culture, ethnicity and religion.
Dong Nai is located in a strategic position in the southern key economic zone, adjacent to the megacity of Ho Chi Minh City, playing the role of an important trade gateway of the region with full means of transportation.

Large, flat land fund, abundant labor force, especially Long Thanh airport coming into operation together with Dong Nai river corridor will create double driving force for Dong Nai to break through to develop, becoming the largest center of industry, services, trade, logistics, high-tech agriculture in the country.

Dong Nai aims to basically meet the standards of a centrally-run city by 2030. Dong Nai province will develop green, strong, civilized, modern, and become the driving force for development in the Southeast region and the whole country.
During the 2025 - 2030 term, Dong Nai strives for an average GRDP growth rate of 10% - 12%/year; GRDP per capita of over 250 million VND; digital economy proportion of over 30% GRDP; urbanization rate of 55%; universal health insurance; 70% of communes meeting new rural standards, of which at least 10% meet modern new rural standards; 80% of schools meeting national standards...

At the congress, Dong Nai deployed a system of 6 robots as "receptionists". These robots are equipped with sensors that allow them to move flexibly 360 degrees, avoid obstacles and interact with people.
In addition, there are many other digital technologies serving the delegates such as 3D projection of national treasures such as: Binh Da lithophone, Loc Hoa leaf zither, Binh Hoa Vishnu statue and Long Giao bronze pangolin statue..., or digital map technology of Tran Bien Temple of Literature relics, Cat Tien National Park, Soc Bom Bo...
The above digital technologies are implemented by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Dong Nai province in coordination with Thang Long Digital Joint Stock Company.
