Speaking at the seminar, Architect Nguyen Thu Phong, Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Architects, emphasized: "The seminar brings multi-dimensional perspectives on digital transformation in architecture and urban areas, suggests solutions for energy and environmentally friendly materials, and at the same time encourages creative ideas and promotes cooperation among young people towards the goal of creating green - smart - sustainable cities."

The presentations at the seminar revolved around digital urban planning solutions, low-carbon cities, green architecture and AI applications in design.

Many typical presentations were presented, in which Dr. Architect Dang Minh Nam (Hue City Development Research Institute) introduced the digital urban model, applying ArcGIS Urban and Digital Twin technology to visualize planning, integrate interdisciplinary data, increase transparency and community participation. Dr. Architect Le Dam Ngoc Tu (Central University of Construction) mentioned the orientation of low-carbon urban development in the South Central Coast, based on four pillars: sustainable spatial planning, green transportation, energy-saving construction and circular economy .

From another perspective, Architect Dam Huynh Quoc Vu (KIENTRUC O) calls for "Letting nature shape architecture", putting emotional factors and harmony with nature first, instead of rigid standards. Master Architect Nguyen Xuan Man (XM Architect) introduces a green modular house model in the digital and AI era, with flexible assembly solutions from local and recycled materials, suitable for many contexts - from cramped urban areas to mountainous areas or areas with frequent flooding.

The seminar also opened up many creative ideas and opportunities for collaboration among young architects across the country. Comments affirmed that the event has become an open academic space, encouraging creative ideas and close connections between young architects, experts and the local community.
