Sanmina optimizes manufacturing operations with Zebra Technologies

Zebra Technologies equipment helps optimize manufacturing processes.

Sanmina provides integrated manufacturing solutions for a wide range of industries, including industrial, medical , defense, aerospace, automotive, telecommunications and cloud infrastructure, especially for mission-critical, high-reliability applications. Specifically, the TC21 is used to scan barcodes on component rolls during the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) on automated lines, while the ZT610 is used to print labels for sub-assemblies and finished product packaging.

Sanmina is currently implementing solutions from 42Q (an ISV partner in the Zebra PartnerConnect ecosystem), including cloud-based manufacturing execution systems (MES) and track and trace technology. Zebra’s TC21 computer terminals and ZT610 industrial printers are easily integrated with 42Q solutions, providing enhanced visibility into production data while minimizing human error.
