Recently, within the framework of the announcement ceremony of the Top 500 most profitable enterprises in Vietnam - Profit500, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank ( SeABank , HOSE: SSB) was proud to be honored as one of the Top 50 most profitable enterprises in Vietnam in 2025. At the same time, the Bank was also honored in the ranking of Top 50 most effective business companies in Vietnam in 2025 by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.

The PROFIT500 Ranking - Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2025, jointly announced by Vietnam Report and VietNamNet Newspaper in September 2025. The award comprehensively reflects the financial capacity and competitiveness of enterprises. PROFIT500 follows assessments based on international practices and standards, not only stopping at pre-tax profits, but also including indicators of profitability, growth potential, media reputation, and the ability to balance business goals and social responsibility. Thanks to that, the ranking becomes an important reference tool for investors, partners and customers.

This is the 6th time SeABank has been honored to be included in the Top 50 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2025 and Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2025 - Profit500. Ranking 33/500 Most Profitable Enterprises, 15/500 Most Profitable Private Enterprises reflects the Bank's mettle and ability to adapt flexibly to market challenges. SeABank's presence in this list affirms its effective business strategy, focusing on optimizing profits in parallel with risk control.

These impressive growth results are thanks to SeABank's continuous improvement of the Bank's governance structure in compliance with and above the law by aiming at the best governance practices of Vietnam as well as internationally, diversifying products and services, improving service quality as well as being flexible in business. Not stopping at profits, SeABank continues to be honored in the Top 50 Most Effective Companies in Vietnam 2025 by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine and Thien Viet Securities Company. This is a ranking based on a rigorous analysis process for three consecutive years of revenue, return on equity (ROE) and earnings per share (EPS).

In 2024, the Bank's Return on Equity (ROE) will be 14.75%, and the Dividend and Bonus Shares ratio will be 13.6%, contributing to affirming SeABank's reputation and efficiency. This award recognizes the Bank's continuous efforts in improving corporate governance quality, information transparency, increasing value for investors and strengthening the confidence of the stock market.

Being included in the three prestigious rankings above not only reflects the financial strength but also demonstrates the management efficiency of SeABank.
