Danang students join hands to build a sustainable startup ecosystem

On the afternoon of May 28, Danang University of Education organized the Science, Technology and Innovation Startup Festival 2025, attracting a large number of students to participate. The event aims to build a sustainable academic and startup ecosystem right in the university environment.

On the afternoon of May 28, Danang University of Education (UED) organized the Science , Technology and Innovation Startup Festival 2025. The event aims to promote the spirit of innovation in research and teaching, while creating a connecting environment between lecturers, students, experts, investors and businesses to build a sustainable startup and research ecosystem.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Van Minh - Principal of University of Education - University of Danang spoke at the festival.

Speaking at the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Vo Van Minh - Rector of the University of Education - University of Danang emphasized: Resolution 57 is a strategic milestone, demonstrating the Party's innovative thinking and long-term development vision when establishing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation as the fourth strategic breakthrough in the new development stage. This is not only a major policy, but also a call for intellectuals, scientists and training institutions like us to shoulder the mission of enriching the nation's intelligence, strengthening national strength and creating a sustainable future for the country.

Many scientific research and innovative startup topics of students won high prizes.

Mr. Minh also said that immediately after Resolution 57 was issued, the school quickly directed the development of a specific action plan with a spirit of innovation and high responsibility, to proactively become a creative, active and leading entity in the fields ofeducation , science, technology and innovation.

"We wish to accompany and cooperate so that science, technology, innovation and digital transformation truly become key driving forces in the development of education, socio-economy, national security and defense and the creation of a prosperous and powerful Vietnam," said Mr. Minh.

Delegates visited the exhibition space displaying and introducing scientific research products of students.

At the event, Da Nang University of Education also announced the Plan to implement Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo, demonstrating a strong commitment to building an interdisciplinary university model, integrating digital technology, serving sustainable development and international integration.

In addition, the school honors outstanding lecturers and students with outstanding achievements in international publications, scientific research, intellectual property and innovative startups at all levels, in order to spread the spirit of academics, innovation and the desire to conquer knowledge throughout the entire UED community.
