On the afternoon of November 27, the 27th National Physics Olympiad for Students opened at Eastern University of Technology (Dau Giay commune, Dong Nai province).
The 27th National Student Physics Olympiad had the participation of more than 200 students and 100 lecturers from 43 school delegations nationwide.

The competition was attended by more than 200 students and 100 lecturers from 43 schools nationwide. Dong Nai had 2 teams, namely Eastern University of Technology and Dong Nai University.
Candidates will go through 3 parts: multiple choice, experimental (only present experimental solution ideas on paper), essay.
The National Physics Olympiad for Students is an annual competition organized by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Vietnam Physics Association, aiming to promote the learning movement and foster excellent physics students.
The contest takes place over 4 days (from November 27 to 30). According to the organizers, Decree 140/2017/ND-CP dated December 5, 2017 of the Government has a preferential policy in recruiting civil servants and public employees for students who won first, second and third prizes in this contest.
