Regarding the recent information that parents accused teachers of Gia Thuy Kindergarten (Bo De Ward) of abusing their children, a representative of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that they had grasped the incident and requested the People's Committee of Bo De Ward and the school to report the information and handle it promptly.
According to the report, Bo De Ward People's Committee has requested Gia Thuy Kindergarten and related individuals to coordinate with units to verify and clarify information according to parents' feedback.
The People's Committee of Bo De Ward assigned the Ward Police to urgently send officers to verify the incident, collect documents and data, and coordinate with medical facilities to request an appraisal (if necessary) to accurately determine the nature of the incident.

The People's Committee of this ward also requested the ward health station to send staff to coordinate with units and children's families to check and monitor their health status, and have solutions to support and ensure children's safety.
According to information shared by parents on social media, the family has a child born in 2021, currently studying in class C2, Gia Thuy Kindergarten. On the afternoon of July 5, while bathing the child, the family discovered a bruised area on the child's back, suspected of being beaten. As soon as the abnormal signs were discovered, the child's family reported to the school and took the child to the hospital for examination and general health check-up.
Upon receiving the information, the Board of Directors of Gia Thuy Kindergarten asked the teacher involved to write a report, a self-criticism, and temporarily suspend her from teaching to verify the incident.
