The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) recently held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint senior leaders. In particular, Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong, Acting General Director, was appointed as General Director of HNX from June 15.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong was born in 1976, has a master's degree in economics from the National Economics University in Hanoi. He has worked in the securities industry since 1999 and works at the State Securities Commission.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Phong started working at HNX in 2000, holding the positions of Head of Department, Director of functional departments (2005-2011), Deputy General Director (2011-2021), Acting General Director (from 2021-present).
In addition, the ceremony also transferred and appointed Ms. Ngo Thi Lan Huong, Deputy Chief of Office of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX) - as Head of the Supervisory Board of HNX from June 15.
