- On May 13, the Department of Education and Training organized a training course to improve reading comprehension teaching capacity for primary school students in ethnic minority areas, meeting the 2018 general education program. The training course was attended by 66 managers and teachers of Vietnamese language enhancement at primary schools in districts and cities in the province.
