Notably, 100% of qualified administrative procedures have been provided in the form of full-process online public services; 95% of work records at the Department are processed online; more than 1,500 electronic documents are exchanged through the system, all of which are digitally signed, ensuring legality and transparency. The rate of people and businesses satisfied with online public services in the fields of agriculture and environment reached 90%.
In the field of digital data development, the Department has implemented many important tasks such as digitizing and standardizing land data, building a provincial geographic database, and applying remote sensing technology in natural resources and environmental management. At the same time, supporting cooperatives to apply electronic diaries, accounting software, and IoT technology in shrimp farming and cultivation has contributed to improving productivity, traceability, and production efficiency.
Regarding infrastructure and digital human resources, the Department regularly reviews and upgrades IT equipment, and sends staff to attend IT human resource training courses. Network information security is focused on, ensuring the system operates smoothly and without incidents during the month.
In the coming time, the Department will continue to promote digital transformation tasks and solutions, focusing on developing infrastructure, databases, communications to people and businesses, and raising awareness of using online public services. The "Digital Education for All" movement and communication activities on the Electronic Information Portal, Zalo, etc. will continue to be strongly implemented.
