On April 4 and 5, Quang Nam Museum organized the experiential activity "Back to the memory land" with programs such as coconut leaf weaving and making banh in.
At the museum space, visitors and students can experience activities such as visiting the museum exhibition space, weaving coconut leaves with artisans, making green bean cakes. Typical examples include Kim Dong Primary School, Academy International Bilingual School, Little House Kindergarten, etc.
Ms. Tran Thi Le Huong, a coconut leaf weaving artist from Cam Nam, said she has participated in many programs in Hoi An, but this is the first time she has performed for students at the museum.
Nguyen Ngoc Han, a student at Kim Dong Primary School, Tam Ky City, shared that this is a very useful activity for students, through which they can develop their ingenuity, creativity and learn more about the culture of Quang Nam.
This is an important activity of the museum aiming to further promote the work of local history education , connecting the community in preserving cultural values in the province. At the same time, it helps children raise awareness of preserving and promoting traditional artistic values of the nation.
The experiential activity "Back to the memory land" is a program that is built and organized to suit the age of students, creating a fun and relaxing playground, connecting members of the class and family, while enhancing the interaction and experience factors for participants.
Children tie animals, watches… according to their preferences. In many different forms, in the coming time, the Museum will further strengthen activities to promote and introduce the image of the Museum to the public in and outside the province.
The program welcomed about 900 guests including students and people in Tam Ky city and neighboring localities.
