Son La: Awarding journalism prize for "Son La farmers innovate and develop"

On September 28, at the Son La Provincial Convention Center, the Son La Farmers' Association in coordination with the Provincial Journalists' Association and the Literature and Arts Association organized the second award ceremony for journalism, songwriting and art photography, with the theme "Son La Farmers innovate and develop" and honored typical Son La agricultural products in 2023.

According to the evaluation of the Organizing Committee, the quality of the entries this year met the requirements of the rules, focusing on emphasizing the theme "Son La Farmers Innovation and Development"; comprehensively reflecting on the fields related to the Association's work and the farmers' movement, replicating good models and good practices, creating a strong ripple effect in social life.

The organizing committee awarded 4 first prizes, 8 second prizes, 12 third prizes and 19 consolation prizes to the authors whose works won prizes.

Regarding the honor of typical Son La agricultural products, the Organizing Committee received 39 products from 32 units in the province. The products demonstrated the characteristics of agricultural products; packaging and labels were invested in.

Many products have demonstrated local cultural identity, high quality, environmental friendliness, ensuring food hygiene and safety standards... and have been highly appreciated by consumers. Based on the evaluation of the Voting Council, the Organizing Committee has granted certificates to 24 typical Son La agricultural products in 2023.
