According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong , the Hai Phong Festival - 70 years of faith and aspiration to rise up is part of the 12th Red Flamboyant Festival. The program demonstrates the spirit, will to innovate and the desire for continuous development of Hai Phong city after 70 years of liberation; at the same time, affirms the new stature, appearance and position of the port city in the period of international integration.

The program was elaborately staged, depicting 3 imprints of the port city, including: historical-cultural imprint, integration-development imprint and innovation-creativity imprint; with the participation of People's Artist Khanh Hoa , Meritorious Artist Phuong Anh, Meritorious Artist Vu Thang Loi, singers Tung Duong, Soobin, Phuong Linh, Pham Thu Ha, Hoang Bach, Anh Tu, Lam Bao Ngoc, Dinh Quang Dat... In addition, there were more than 600 professional artists and actors from local, central and non-professional theaters and art troupes from universities, high schools and cultural centers in Hai Phong city.

The highlight of the program Hai Phong - 70 years of faith and aspiration to rise is the combination of modern 3D Mapping and Laser Mapping projection technology, artistic fireworks display with modern sound and lighting systems. The program uses the language of realism to connect throughout the story of 70 years of Hai Phong, like a panoramic film imbued with cultural identity, history, pride and will to rise of the people of the red phoenix flower city.
