Thanh Ha district plans to coordinate with the Department of Agriculture and Environment to organize the event "Hai Duong litchi season" and a program to promote litchi consumption in 2025.

The event will take place over half a day from May 20 to 30 in Thanh Ha district (Thanh Quang commune, Thanh Binh Square and Thanh Ha district People's Committee Hall). There will be about 250 guests, including representatives of central ministries, branches, neighboring provinces, and reporters from press agencies and news agencies.

The event aims to promote consumption and advertise Thanh Ha lychee products to domestic and international consumers. The highlight of the program is the ribbon-cutting ceremony to export the first batch of Thanh Ha lychee to the international market in 2025.

In addition to the main event, the units plan to organize 3 more promotional activities, introduce and sign cooperation agreements for lychee consumption at the supermarket systems Big C Thang Long ( Hanoi ), Quang Ninh and Hai Phong City in early June. The total cost of implementing the series of activities is more than 1 billion VND from the budget and socialized sources.

In 2025, Thanh Ha district will have nearly 3,300 hectares of lychee, with an expected output of about 38,000 tons.
