Organization of connection, sharing and responsibility
Dong Nai Province Women Entrepreneurs Club, under the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, operates with the motto "Voluntary - autonomous - connected". From being a business connection playground, the Club has gradually become a spiritual connection space, where female entrepreneurs find companionship, sharing and empathy.

Ms. Duong Thi Chieu Anh, Head of Dong Nai Women Entrepreneurs Club, commented: “Each female entrepreneur is a flame. When we connect with each other, we create a greater source of energy, not only helping businesses develop but also spreading good values to the community."
The business visits organized by the Club are therefore no longer annual activities, but become practical forums to understand each other better, and support each other to overcome the pressures of the "three roles": leader, mother and woman of the family.
They come from different fields such as education , technology, healthcare, insurance but meet at a common point of leading with heart and creating sustainable values for the community. These are Dong Nai female entrepreneurs who are quietly creating a "humane ecosystem", where each business model not only aims for profit, but also sows seeds of love and spreads trust.
At ACM Montessori Bilingual Kindergarten, Long Binh Ward, the smiles of children every morning are the source of energy for CEO Dinh Thi Phuong. For her, leadership is not about giving orders, but about listening; not just about investing in facilities, but investing in people.
Ms. Phuong shared: “Children do not need a grand school, but need to be respected and develop at their own pace.” This philosophy helps ACM Montessori become a humane learning space. Teachers are not pressured to pursue achievements, but are encouraged to learn and share. Students not only learn letters, but also get acquainted with festivals, experience nature, and explore the world with eager eyes.
From the same spirit, another educational model is kindling faith in the young generation of Dong Nai: Astra - Foreign Language & Information Technology Center founded by entrepreneur Tran Duyen Duyen. At the age of 28, Duyen did not choose the e-commerce or technology playground with many opportunities, but chose education in a field with less halo, many challenges, but can create the most lasting change.
“Modernity does not mean using expensive technology. Modernity means helping children think, debate, and respect differences,” Duyen said. Astra thus becomes a learning space that blends knowledge and creativity, where foreign languages go hand in hand with robots, where each student is encouraged to develop their personality in addition to their skills.

Unlike education, the field of mother and baby care requires absolute trust. And businesswoman Vuong Hong Hue, who founded the Mom & Baby Small system in Trang Dai ward in 2021, has built that trust with her own experience, dedication and commitment to "taking mothers and babies as the center". Hue said something that seems simple but is the operating philosophy of the whole system: "What keeps customers is not advertising, but trust".
From an initial facility, Nho Mom has expanded into 4 branches, becoming a typical model of postnatal care according to medical standards in Dong Nai. Each service, from blocked milk ducts, health care to pregnancy care, is directly trained and supervised by Hue to ensure safety for mother and baby.

Meanwhile, in the insurance sector - an industry that is considered to be full of pressure and challenges, businesswoman Nguyen Thi Kim Suong, General Director of Dai-ichi Life Bien Hoa 3, chose perseverance as the key to success. Her journey of more than 10 years working in life insurance is a journey of overcoming prejudice, lack of initial experience and balancing work - family - community.
Ms. Suong confided: "If I don't believe in the value of insurance, I can't convince anyone else to." It is that belief that helps her build a strong consulting team, accompanying thousands of families in the most humane financial decisions: protecting the future.

When female entrepreneurs choose companionship
What is special is that each female entrepreneur in Dong Nai does not stand alone. They are important links in the Dong Nai Women Entrepreneurs Club network, where members share lessons, support each other in overcoming difficulties and spread the value of a decent life.
The business visits organized by the Club are not only for exchanges but have become an effective connection model. At each destination, members have the opportunity to see firsthand how each other's businesses operate, thereby better understanding business models, management processes and practical challenges. This is also an opportunity to expand cooperation, support communication, share lessons on human resources and markets, and discuss with each other the pressures that are very female: the problem of balancing work and family. Above all, these meetings contribute to strongly spreading the spirit of social responsibility in the local business community.
Ms. Duong Thi Chieu Anh, Chairwoman of Dong Nai Women Entrepreneurs Club, emphasized: "Women entrepreneurs do not only do business. We are doing good things together to build a more humane and sustainable community."
Currently, the Dong Nai Province Women Entrepreneurs Club has 46 members, each with their own story and journey. But they all share the same aspiration to develop their businesses in association with community responsibility.

In the development journey of Dong Nai today, these female entrepreneurs are quietly laying the “humane bricks” for the future: From a happy school, a modern knowledge center, a dedicated mother and child care model, to sharing activities full of social responsibility. Every action, whether small or large, is a good seed sown in good soil and is sprouting into faith, peace and happiness for many families.
If success is measured by the value left to the community, then Dong Nai female entrepreneurs are the ones who are writing the most beautiful definition of the word "success".
The Wise King
“What I appreciate most about you ladies is your dedication and love. Every business visit and every community activity clearly shows that when women join together, all values become sustainable. We connect to lift each other up, share to overcome pressure and spread kindness to build a more humane community. The success of each member business is also the common success of the whole Club."
Ms. Duong Thi Chieu Anh, Chairwoman of Dong Nai Women Entrepreneurs Club.
