At 3:00 p.m. on March 25, the talk show and book introduction program False Alliance: Ngo Dinh Diem, America and the Fate of Vietnam, organized by the Truth National Political Publishing House, took place at Ho Chi Minh City Book Street.

This is a publication by author Edward Miller (currently Professor of History, Dartmouth College), which was introduced in Vietnam in 2016. In addition to author Edward Miller, the program also has the participation of researcher and translator Le Nguyen Long, lecturer at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi .

In this edition, the Truth National Political Publishing House has added a research work by the author in the form of an Appendix to provide additional sources of information and documents from abroad about this historical period.
