The victim is N.D.N. born in 2008, living in Nhan Hung area, Nam Sach town.

At that time, Mr. N.D.T., born in 1992, in Co Phap village, Cong Hoa commune (Nam Sach), was driving a truck 34M-0308 on provincial road 394D in the direction of National Highway 37 to Han bridge and collided with a motorbike 34B5-837.71 driven by N.D.N., born in 2008, in Nhan Hung area, Nam Sach town. At the same time, a car 30K-106.12 driven by Mr. BMC, born in 1975, in Hong Ha ward (Ha Long city) from behind in the same direction as the truck crashed into the back of the truck 34M-0308.

As a result, N.D.N. was injured and taken to Hai Duong General Hospital for emergency treatment, where he later died. Three vehicles were damaged.

It is known that N.D.N. dropped out of school and left home.
