Tax Department - The Ministry of Finance has just issued an urgent notice on the plan to temporarily suspend tax application systems to serve the relocation of the Tax Department's data center.

The main data center move to the new location took place from May 23 to June 15. During this time, some tax applications were temporarily suspended to serve the system failover. The downtime required to transition application systems from the primary data center environment to the standby data center environment and vice versa.

Specifically, the application electronic invoice temporarily suspended from 0:00 to 4:00 on May 24 and from 0:00 to 4:00 on June 14.

The electronic tax service application and transmission axis will be temporarily suspended from 6:00 p.m. on May 23 to 4:00 p.m. on May 25 and from 6:00 p.m. on June 13 to 4:00 p.m. on June 15.

From May 23 to June 15, some tax applications will temporarily stop operating to serve the system conversion.

The time the Tax Department's application system is operated at the backup data center (DRC) with performance reaching 70% compared to the main data center is as follows: the electronic invoice application is temporarily suspended from 4:00 a.m. on May 24 to 0:00 a.m. on June 14; electronic tax service application and the transmission axis is temporarily suspended from 4:00 p.m. on May 25 to 6:00 p.m. on June 13.

The Tax Department's application system will resume operation on the main data center with the electronic invoice application from 4:00 a.m. on June 14; the electronic tax service application and transmission axis from 4:00 p.m. on June 15.
