Free congenital heart disease screening for children postponed due to the impact of storm No. 13

The VinaCapital Foundation (VCF) has just sent a document to the Khanh Hoa Department of Health and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Center for Social Protection and Social Work regarding the postponement of the free screening program for congenital heart disease for children in the province to prevent and combat storm No. 13.

Accordingly, due to the current weather situation with storm No. 13 about to make landfall in our country, the weather in Khanh Hoa area - where the program is held - will have complicated developments due to storms and rain, affecting the quality and coverage of the congenital heart disease screening program for children. To ensure the safety of medical staff, doctors and volunteers, children and people participating in the program, the organizer would like to announce the postponement of the program at Khanh Son Commune Health Station on November 7 and at Khanh Hoa General Hospital on November 8. The organizer will rearrange the program implementation plan at the most appropriate time.
