Previously, on October 23, the Hanoi Tax Department issued a decision to enforce this enterprise by stopping the use of invoices.

According to the public list of 2,026 taxpayers with tax, fee, financial obligations on land and related late payment fees of the Hanoi Tax Department, by the end of 2021, Song Da - Thang Long Joint Stock Company ranked first with tax debt of more than 384.6 billion VND.

According to Dan Tri reporters' notes on STL's website, in its 5-year business strategy for 2022-2027, the company said it will focus on 3 main areas, including real estate, agriculture and farmstay.

In the agricultural sector, the company introduces a focus on investing in expanding the afforestation sector and developing clean agriculture on the basis of land purchased or leased from the state and households. Based on the advantages of available afforestation and agricultural land.

In the real estate sector, the company focuses on completing and handing over projects such as Usilk City (Hanoi) and Tan Lap Islet Residential Area (Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa).

According to Dan Tri reporter's investigation, Song Da Thang Long Company was established in 2006, with Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung - General Director as the legal representative. In Ha Dong district (Hanoi), this company was approved by the People's Committee of Ha Tay province (old) as the investor of 2 projects, including Van Khe Urban Housing Area and Van Khe Urban Area Expansion (Usilk City).

The Usilk City project started construction in 2008, including 9 high-rise apartment blocks with 2,800 luxury apartments, along with a system of public service works, green and modern utilities with a total investment of about 10,000 billion VND.

However, during the implementation process, the investor has almost turned the "most livable project in Ha Dong district" into a "real estate cemetery" right in the middle of Hanoi for many years.

Regarding this project, in recent years, customers have continuously sent complaints to the authorities against the investor Song Da Thang Long.

According to customers, during the project implementation from 2009 to 2012, the investor mobilized capital from thousands of customers with an amount of more than thousands of billions of VND. However, due to the spread out and scattered investment process... Song Da Thang Long "forgot" the interests of customers at the Usilk City project.
