Leeds United could be on a spending spree this summer.

Football Insider reports that Leeds will have a budget of up to £150m to spend in the upcoming summer transfer window. The team aims to bring in around 10 new players with the ambition of staying in the Premier League.

Leeds chairman Paraag Marathe has big plans after winning the 2024/25 Championship title. He told the BBC : "We will build the strongest squad possible, using our financial resources to compete in the Premier League."

Retaining key players such as Joel Piroe, Daniel James, Manor Solomon and Ao Tanaka is an important task for Leeds. The team is also targeting experienced Premier League players to increase squad depth.

Leeds have reported a loss of £60.8m for the 2023/24 season, but the board still has strong financial resources to invest in the club. In addition, Leeds have also announced plans to expand Elland Road, with the aim of increasing the capacity from 37,890 to 56,500.

Chairman Marathe also denied sacking coach Daniel Farke. This strategist is likely to continue to lead Leeds next season.

Previously, coach Farke was dissatisfied because he could not buy players as he wanted in the winter transfer window.

Leeds and Burnley are the two Championship clubs that have secured promotion to the Premier League next season. The remaining spot is up for grabs between Sheffield, Bristol City, Sunderland and Coventry City.

4 goals put MU in the Europa League final. In the early morning of May 9, Mount scored a double to help MU defeat Bilbao 4-1 in the second leg of the semi-final, thereby winning a ticket to the final with a total score of 7-1.
