The theme of the 2025 Occupational Safety and Health Action Month is “Strengthening assessment, identifying hazards and risks and proactively implementing measures to ensure occupational safety and health at the workplace” and the 2025 Workers’ Month is “Vietnamese workers pioneering the new era”. This is an important event, not only honoring the tireless contributions of workers in the system, but also affirming the determination of leaders at all levels in the Corporation to regularly care for the lives and protect the rights of workers, creating a safe and healthy working environment.

Speaking at the rally, Colonel Nguyen Thanh Truc requested leaders, commanders at all levels, and trade union organizations in the system to step up propaganda work, raise awareness and compliance with the law on occupational safety and health, accelerate application and digital transformation to help improve the quality of occupational safety and health work more and more effectively. Organize activities to visit and give gifts to union members, workers in especially difficult circumstances, those who have had work accidents, traffic accidents, and serious illnesses.

Implementing activities to connect, introduce, and create opportunities for employees to learn, improve their qualifications, and develop themselves, thereby arousing the tradition of solidarity, creativity, and promoting the pioneering role and responsibility of cadres and employees to successfully carry out the military, national defense, and production and business tasks of the Corporation. Encouraging and motivating employees to develop topics, initiatives, and technical innovations, contributing to improving working conditions, increasing productivity, and ensuring safety in production and labor.

After the ceremony, the leaders of the Corporation and the forces inspected the production site at Cat Lai Repair Station of Tan Cang Technical Services Joint Stock Company, and organized a demonstration of container fire fighting at Terminal Cat Lai A cargo yard.

On the same day, the leaders of the Corporation visited, encouraged and gave gifts to officers and employees in difficult circumstances, those who were sick, had accidents or were undergoing long-term treatment.
