The award aims to promptly encourage localities and ethnic groups in the work of preserving, maintaining and promoting traditional cultures of ethnic groups. At the same time, it raises the sense of responsibility, contributing to strengthening the solidarity of ethnic communities in development, exchange, integration and international cooperation./.
