Strengthening fire prevention and fighting in Hai Ba Trung, Bach Mai and Vinh Tuy wards

On August 14, Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 9 (Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Hanoi City Police) organized fire prevention and fighting propaganda for more than 200 people representing conditional business establishments in Hai Ba Trung, Bach Mai and Vinh Tuy wards.

At the propaganda session, officers of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Region 9 provided basic instructions on fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue for each field of facility suitable for the training participants.

In particular, the propaganda work also emphasizes urgent solutions to enhance fire prevention and fighting safety, fire prevention solutions, fire spread prevention, early fire warning and fire fighting equipment.

Lieutenant Colonel Tran Khac Tuan, Captain of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 9, said that, implementing the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee and the Hanoi Police on strengthening state management in the field of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue during the process of the two-level local government coming into operation, the unit has proactively advised the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department, Hanoi Police, and coordinated to organize working sessions with the People's Committees of Bach Mai, Vinh Tuy, and Hai Ba Trung wards (the management areas of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 9).

The working sessions deployed urgent and key tasks to ensure that fire prevention, fighting, and rescue work in the area are carried out synchronously, consistently, and effectively.

In addition, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team of Area 9 also urgently reviewed, conducted basic investigations, assigned specific tasks to each officer and functional unit; proactively developed implementation plans and strengthened propaganda and dissemination of fire prevention and fighting laws to people and businesses.
