Strengthening propaganda on labor export in the eastern communes and wards

In order to implement Official Dispatch No. 0235/SNV-TTDVVL dated July 21, 2025 of the Department of Home Affairs on promoting activities to support job creation and labor export, recently, the Dak Lak Provincial Employment Service Center has coordinated with the People's Committees of communes and wards in the eastern region of the province to organize mobile job fairs, strengthen policy propaganda, and create conditions for workers to access job opportunities at home and abroad.

Accordingly, from September to now, the Provincial Employment Service Center (Center) has organized mobile job fairs in villages, hamlets, and residential groups in the communes of Ea Ly, Phu Hoa 2, Hoa Phu 1, Hoa My, Xuan Phuoc, Tuy An Nam, Tuy An Bac and Xuan Dai ward.

The sessions attracted 7 businesses to participate with a total recruitment and enrollment demand of nearly 3,000 workers. More than 550 workers attended, of which 486 received career counseling and orientation; 65 people were looking for jobs and were scheduled for interviews by businesses after the session.

Along with direct job transactions, propaganda work on employment and labor export policies is widely deployed through the grassroots government system, organizations and local media.

The Provincial Employment Service Center also coordinates with the People's Committees of communes and wards to strengthen information and disseminate the State's policies and guidelines on the labor export market, especially programs to send workers to work for a limited period in Japan, Korea, Taiwan (China) ... to provide accurate and timely information, helping people understand their rights and obligations and avoid being scammed when participating.

In addition, the Center proactively surveys the recruitment needs of businesses inside and outside the province, especially reputable labor export businesses; promotes connections and job introductions in many flexible forms, ensuring that workers have access to suitable, safe and regulated job opportunities.

The above efforts have contributed to expanding employment opportunities for people in communes and wards in the eastern region of the province; at the same time, reducing pressure on surplus labor, promoting labor restructuring, and positively contributing to the sustainable economic and social development of the locality.
