Tran Van On Primary and Secondary School has 517 students, of which over 65% are ethnic minorities. The school still has many difficulties in terms of facilities, teaching and learning.

In order to help the school have a clean water source to use and ensure living conditions, through the connection of the Dak Nong Provincial Red Cross Society, the Lam Dong Provincial Red Cross Society supported 50 million VND to build a well for the school.

At the program, Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross presented 10 bicycles, helmets, and bicycle pumps; Dak Nong Provincial Red Cross presented 1,200 notebooks to the school's students who overcame difficulties and studied well.

The program contributes to material and spiritual encouragement, helping students have better learning and living conditions; demonstrating the role and responsibility of organizations and social communities in caring for disadvantaged children.
