Giving gifts to show gratitude to war invalids and meritorious people

On the morning of July 26, on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27), Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, coordinated with units and businesses to organize gratitude activities and give gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and meritorious people in the area.

The Ward People's Committee coordinated with Allgreen Vuong Thanh - Trung Duong Company Limited and Viettel Submarine Optical Cable Station to present 75 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to war invalids and people with revolutionary contributions living in the area.

Representatives of Rach Dua ward leaders and sponsoring enterprises gave gifts to war invalids, policy families, and people with revolutionary contributions.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward coordinated with Vietsovpetro Drilling and Well Repair Enterprise to organize the program "Repaying gratitude - Spreading love", giving 45 gifts (each worth 1.5 million VND) sponsored by the Enterprise. Of which, 35 gifts were sent to war invalids, sick soldiers, and meritorious people; 10 gifts were given to victims of Agent Orange, people with disabilities and families in difficult circumstances.

Leaders of Rach Dua ward and representatives of Vietsovpetro Drilling and Well Repair Enterprise presented gifts to meritorious people and people in difficult circumstances at the program.

At the gift-giving ceremonies, leaders of Rach Dua ward and representatives of units and enterprises expressed their deep gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of war invalids and sick soldiers, and affirmed their responsibility to care for the lives of those with meritorious services, contributing to spreading the morality of "remembering the source of drinking water" in the community.
