Create an environment and motivation for students to strive to join the Party

Since the beginning of the year, the creation of sources for developing party members who are students has been implemented by local Party committees, high schools , colleges and universities. in the province to pay attention to implementation. Thereby, it not only supplements the Party's strength but also arouses the desire of young people to contribute to building and developing their homeland and country.

The Party Cell of the Faculty of Tourism (Ha Long University Party Committee) presented the decision to admit party members to student Hoang Thi Ha.

The work of developing party members among students has been focused on by the Party Committees at all levels in the province; proactively reviewing, evaluating, analyzing the quality of the masses and proposing plans, tasks, and solutions to create sources for developing party members in schools. Political and social organizations have stepped up propaganda, education, and training of union members and association members to strive to join the Party. In particular, the Party Committees of schools always attach importance to and promote the role and responsibility of the Youth Union and Student Association in the work of developing party members.

Youth companion programs have maintained and supported young people in their studies and startups. Activities and emulation movements have been focused on implementing and organizing, aiming to create a favorable environment for students to strive and comprehensively train. Through activities and emulation movements, outstanding union members among students are selected to introduce to the Party organization for consideration and admission. In the first 10 months of 2024, the whole province had 174 outstanding students admitted to the Party (110 students, 64 students).

Reality shows that party organizations with a large number of party members who are students always play a good role as political cores at the grassroots level, leading the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units; leadership methods have many innovations; creating a favorable environment for students to continuously study, practice political qualities, nurture dreams, ambitions, be proactive, creative, master modern science and technology, contributing to building the homeland, the country, and building a clean and strong Party. Party members admitted to schools all play a pioneering, exemplary role, leading in emulation and study movements.

Hoang Thi Ha (Faculty of Tourism, Ha Long University) has been awarded many times for her achievements in studying and volunteer activities.

At Ha Long University, to be in the Party's ranks, students must strive to achieve good results in their subjects and actively participate in community activities and volunteer activities. Hoang Thi Ha (Faculty of Tourism) is an outstanding student in the school's and society's movements. Ha was an English volunteer for international events such as SEA Games, EATOF, Green Screen 2022, Techconnect & innovation Vietnam; and was an active factor in the campaigns: "Green Summer", "Summer Youth Volunteer" launched by the school's Youth Union and Uong Bi City Youth Union. In her studies, Ha has always been a "5-good student", winning many high prizes in English competitions and tourism competitions.

Hoang Thi Ha shared: October 9, 2024 is very special to me, because it is the day I was admitted to the Party. Being in the Party ranks while still a student, I always remind myself to try harder and be more responsible in the activities of the Youth Union and the school.

With his outstanding efforts, Vu Trong Binh (student of class 12B2, Hon Gai High School) has achieved admirable achievements: First prize in the Science and Technology Competition for high school students in the 2022-2023 school year at the cluster level; second prize in the Science and Technology Competition for high school students in the 2022-2023 school year at the provincial level; third prize in the Science and Technology Competition - High School Olympic Competition of Hanoi National University in the 2023-2024 school year; Ha Long City Young Talent in 2023...

Not only is he rich in academic achievements, Binh is also an active member of the Youth Union, actively participating in many programs such as: "Red Flamboyant" Campaign at Hon Gai High School; "Spring on the Border"; volunteering in Dai Duc commune (Tien Yen district) in 2023; volunteering in Cai Chien island commune (Hai Ha district); volunteering in Son Duong commune, Dan Chu commune (Ha Long city); "Journey to find smiles for children" at the Provincial Hospital... With those efforts, Vu Trong Binh was admitted to the Party and is currently a student at the Academy of Finance.

Admitting party members among students is to arouse the desire to contribute and spread love for the homeland and country among the young generation. According to the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, in order to do better in developing the Party among students, in the coming time, Party committees at all levels need to get involved to lead and direct regularly; promote propaganda and education to raise awareness of the necessity of developing party members among students; widely launch movements with many rich and diverse forms of activities, suitable to the characteristics and legitimate needs of students to create an environment for learning, training and striving for students. From there, there will be conditions to discover and select outstanding students to continue educating, nurturing, training, challenging, creating resources for the Party.
