On the morning of July 23, the Provincial Statistics Office held a training conference to guide professional survey techniques to collect information on average income per capita/year and the National Target Program on New Rural Development in 2024 for more than 50 delegates who are commune-level investigators.
At the training course, trainees were informed and implemented a survey plan to collect information on average income per capita/year with the following contents: instructions on determining households and actual permanent residents at the household, instructions on information collection forms, how to use the management website, survey operations, instructions on installing and using CA, presenting sample information collection forms, conducting exchanges and discussions on difficulties in implementation organization, survey operations and unifying the operational contents.
The survey is meaningful in reflecting people's income level and income structure, assessing living standards, dividing the rich and the poor, calculating the poverty rate as a basis for policy making to improve people's living standards.
At the same time, it serves to evaluate income criteria under the National Criteria for New Rural Areas, period 2021-2025 in Ninh Binh province.
The time for surveying average income per capita in rural areas is from August 1st every year; the data collection period is data generated in the past 12 months (from August 1st of the previous year to July 31st of the survey year).
According to the plan, the training course will be held on July 23 and 24.
