Training on fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue knowledge

On July 11 and 12, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police organized training on knowledge and skills in fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue for more than 300 officers, teachers and students at BonBee Kindergarten (Phan Dinh Phung Ward) and DPA Kindergarten and Primary School (Linh Son Ward), Thai Nguyen Province.

Students practice using fire hoses under the guidance of officers from the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Provincial Police).

During the program, officers from the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH), Provincial Police, instructed students on how to recognize fires, common danger signs and basic escape skills to ensure safety. Students also experienced and became familiar with fire fighting equipment and rescue work of professional forces.

For cadres and teachers, the training content focuses on new legal regulations on fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue; responsibilities of heads of facilities and fire prevention forces at facilities; methods of management, preservation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment; skills in operating and using fire fighting equipment; knowledge and skills in fire prevention, rescue measures and first aid for victims.

Through the program, staff and teachers of the two schools are equipped with more knowledge and skills to ensure fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue and first aid; contributing to building safe schools, creating trust for parents when sending their children to school.
