The training subjects are clerical staff and network administrators of provincial party agencies, district party committees, city party committees and party committees directly under the provincial party committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and provincial-level socio -political organizations.

The operational management information system in Party agencies is software that helps digitize document management and operational management, bringing many practical benefits to all Party agencies from the central to local levels, contributing to improving the effectiveness of management and operation, building a professional, modern and effective administration.

This is the core tool to improve the efficiency of consulting, document processing, assigning work, and monitoring progress in a fast, accurate, economical, and transparent manner.

At the training session, trainees were introduced and informed about the outstanding new features and points of the operational management system; instructed on the process of handling outgoing and incoming documents; and how to use and operate the Operational Management Information System in the coming time.

Organizing the training conference is a thorough preparation step for putting the software into official use under the direction of the Central Committee, creating a strong shift in building a unified and smooth digital working environment in Party agencies from the Central to the grassroots level.
