Training on new rural construction for more than 250 young people

On June 12 and 13, the Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial Youth Union organized a training conference on the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in 2025, with the participation of more than 250 youth union members from localities in the province.

Dr. Nguyen Manh Thang - Lecturer at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry, delivered the content at the Conference.

At the Conference, trainees were exposed to practical content through 4 key topics, including: Results of the New Rural Development Program in Thai Nguyen province for the period 2020-2025; directions for implementing new rural development in Thai Nguyen province for the period 2026-2030; improving the efficiency of rural production organization, value chain linkage, high-tech agriculture ; practical instructions on evaluating, packaging, and labeling OCOP products; applying AI to product quality management, perfecting OCOP standards, etc.

In addition, students directly visited the agricultural cooperative model combined with eco-tourism, the model of good economic youth in Phu Luong district and Song Cong city.

This is an activity to help young union members promote their pioneering and exemplary youth in building new rural areas, developing the economy, culture - society, responding to climate change and digital transformation. Thereby contributing to the effective implementation of Plan No. 98/KH-UBND dated June 30, 2022 of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province on implementing the New Rural Construction Program for the period 2021-2025 in the province.
