Xuan Truc Commune: A household voluntarily demolished and cleared illegal constructions.

On June 16, Mr. Nguyen Van Duong's household in Truc Dinh village, Xuan Truc commune (An Thi) voluntarily dismantled and cleared illegal construction works on two plots of land number 285 and 286 on map sheet number 19, measured in 2007, Truc Dinh village, Xuan Truc commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province.

Illegal construction is being cleared.

The illegal construction includes a fence and a 3-storey house, built on land originating from the Quang Lang River, which was encroached upon by Mr. Nguyen Van Duong's family and illegally contracted by Truc Dinh village in 1997.

The project is under construction. After being repeatedly propagandized, mobilized, persuaded, and requested to demolish by the People's Committee of Xuan Truc Commune, Mr. Duong's family realized that the work violated the law, so they voluntarily hired machinery and equipment to demolish and clear the project.
