At the ceremony, Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee also announced the establishment of the Long Hiep House Relic Management Board.
Long Hiep House, in Long Binh Hamlet (My Yen Commune, Tay Ninh Province) is where the first secret meeting to establish Cho Lon Provincial Party Committee took place in November 1930. The building has the architecture of a three-room house with two wings, tiled roof, wooden pillars, and a secret cellar under the planks for delegates to take shelter and work.

The house's location was near Go Den station and the old Indochina highway, which was both convenient for communication and easy to retreat when being monitored. The homeowner's family was a landlord and had connections with local officials, so they were less likely to be noticed by secret police, creating safe conditions for revolutionary activities.
In the context of the workers' and peasants' struggle movement spreading in Trung Quan - Cho Lon, Nha Long Hiep became an important "red address", contributing to maintaining the Party's leadership system in the area and creating the foundation for later major movements such as the Nam Ky Uprising.

After the war, the house was severely damaged but many vestiges and artifacts were still preserved, affirming the historical value of a typical revolutionary base.
The ceremony to receive the National Relic Ranking Certificate of Long Hiep House has an important meaning in honoring the historical and cultural values of the locality; at the same time, raising awareness of officials and people in the work of preserving, embellishing and promoting relics in the area.
