The Buckwheat Flower Festival is an important cultural and tourism event to honor the beauty of the typical flower of the Dong Van Stone Plateau. This year, the festival has the theme "The Stone Land in Bloom" with many cultural and festival activities lasting until the end of December in the communes of the Dong Van Stone Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark.
To prepare for the festival, hundreds of hectares of buckwheat flowers have been planted in communes along main roads and at tourist attractions so that visitors can experience and immerse themselves in the idyllic purple-pink flower carpets.
