From August 6 to 7, THACO INDUSTRIES held a Conference to Deploy the Operation and Management Plan for the last 5 months of 2024 for the Business, Costing, Purchasing, Marketing Blocks; R&D Center and Management Operations Blocks (Basic and Specialized). Attending the Conference were the THACO INDUSTRIES Board of Directors, Leaders of companies, units and employees of the Blocks.

At the Conference, representatives of departments and divisions presented reports on the Operation and Management Plan for the last 5 months of 2024. In which, the Business Department presented a paper on "Market and product development activities".

In his speech, Mr. Do Minh Tam - General Director of THACO INDUSTRIES emphasized: With the development of the Group, the departments and functional units of the Business, Marketing, Purchasing and Costing Divisions must implement specific, detailed plans and have linkages between units; assess demand, forecast market price movements, prepare financial resources to seize opportunities and control risks in international business activities; train technical human resources with foreign language skills to improve the effectiveness of negotiation and bargaining activities. The R&D Center and units systematize the process of drawing construction, technological processes, and material norms to achieve high cost efficiency.
