Representatives of the authorities worked with Mr. Ma Van Hoan, owner of the account "Minh Hoan".

However, in recent days, on social networks, some personal accounts have appeared with distorted, untrue, and unverified comments, affecting the results as well as the real efforts of all levels, sectors, and people in the province, negatively impacting public opinion.

The provincial authorities immediately investigated and strictly handled these cases according to regulations. This is a valuable lesson, a warning for those who have participated in social networks but have an unqualified spirit and attitude, unverified information, distortion, fabrication...

Commenting on the fanpage of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Electronic Information Portal about the issue of removing temporary and dilapidated houses, the account "Pham Thi Anh" wrote: "Many houses are still very poor, have no houses to live in and are still waiting for support. But they say Thai Nguyen has completed it. What is it?". Another account named "Van Su Tuy Duyen" commented: "The rich are still poor households and the poor are able to escape poverty". In particular, the account "Minh Hoan" wrote: "I don't know where the fast is, but in my place, there is still a house that is sunny, so it's okay, it's okay, it's cold and stormy. I don't know where to go". Most recently, the account "Ly Van Luan" commented: "It's just deleted on paper, but my house is almost falling apart"...

Ms. Hoang Thi Bien (in black shirt), owner of the account
Ms. Hoang Thi Bien (in black shirt), owner of the account "Hoa Diem Son", signed a record of violation of false information about the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Du town, Phu Luong district.

Immediately afterwards, the provincial authorities invited the account owners who made the above comments to come to work. At the police station, after verifying the information, all of these account owners realized their violations, which were making unverified and untrue comments and information, denying the efforts and determination of the entire political system of Thai Nguyen province in implementing the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses. These cases were administratively sanctioned, voluntarily removed the commented content, committed not to repeat the offense, and immediately posted an apology and correction on social networks.

According to the police, most of these violations are due to exploiting information from unofficial or unverified sources, fake or untrue... Some individuals, just because they want to "get likes", "get views", and become famous, have fabricated untrue content.

It is worth mentioning that there are cases where people said they do not live in Thai Nguyen, have not yet fully understood the results and are not fully aware of the meaning and importance of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for people, only read messages and commented carelessly and irresponsibly.

Representatives of the authorities worked with Ms. Pham Thi Anh on the afternoon of May 6. Ms. Pham Thi Anh was born in 1984, residing in Lac Nhieu hamlet, Boc Nhieu commune, and is the owner of the Facebook account Pham Thi Anh. In a post on the Page of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Electronic Information Portal on May 1 (
Representatives of the authorities worked with Ms. Pham Thi Anh, residing in Lac Nhieu hamlet, Boc Nhieu commune, owner of the Facebook account Pham Thi Anh.

It can be seen that the above false comments have had a negative impact on public opinion, possibly causing readers to unintentionally misunderstand the policy implementation process. This has a significant impact on the reputation of agencies and organizations and may destroy the value and profound humanistic meaning of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses directed and implemented by the Government .

In recent months, the entire political system of Thai Nguyen province has been actively and resolutely involved, with the motto: "The Party leads, the State manages, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations support, the people are the masters" to effectively implement the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. During the implementation period, the spirit of "mutual love and support", "whoever has something helps", "whoever has property helps property, whoever has merit helps merit", "no one is left behind" ... has been widely spread, creating a vibrant, practical and effective emulation movement.

As of April 15, 2025, the whole province has completed supporting the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses for 1,838 households (including 1,221 newly built houses and 617 repaired houses) for renovation, reaching 100% of the plan, 8 months ahead of the deadline assigned by the Government.

The total cost of implementation is nearly 195 billion VND, of which more than 80% of resources are mobilized from socialization. In addition, the province also transferred 45.6 billion VND to the Central Government and directly supported 5 billion VND to the two provinces of Bac Kan and Hoa Binh to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.

This result is the clearest evidence affirming the province's real efforts in directing, operating, implementing and consensus in the whole society. Therefore, comments and sharing of unverified and untrue information about the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Thai Nguyen province are wrongful acts, violating the law and must be strictly handled.

Through this, the authorities recommend that each individual needs to be alert, clear-headed, selective, and receive information from official sources, and consider carefully before commenting and sharing information streams accessed to avoid unintentionally assisting bad guys.

In the coming time, the provincial authorities will continue to monitor and strictly handle violations according to the law, ensuring a safe and healthy cyberspace and environment.
