Application of microbiological solutions to treat agricultural environment

From May 9 to 28, the Provincial Agricultural Extension Center organized 10 training courses with the theme "Solutions for applying microbial products in agricultural environmental treatment". This activity is part of the plan to implement the National Target Program 2025 on food safety associated with new rural construction.

The training courses were held in three districts of Phu Binh, Dai Tu, Phu Luong and Pho Yen city, attracting thousands of participants including officials of the farmers' association, women's association and people directly involved in agricultural production in the communes.

The training content focuses on 3 topics: Current status of environmental pollution in agriculture; solutions for applying microbial products; technical guidance on production of microbial organic fertilizers. Trainees are introduced to biological products such as EM, Trichoderma, antagonistic fungi, cellulose-degrading bacteria... which help to effectively treat livestock waste, straw, organic waste, contributing to soil improvement, reducing pollution and improving crop quality.

Through training courses, people are guided through the process of composting organic fertilizers combined with biological products, and are exposed to circular agricultural models being implemented locally. Thereby, knowledge is improved, awareness is changed, and sustainable and environmentally friendly agricultural production habits are gradually formed.
