On May 28 and 29, the Buddha's relics were enshrined at the Chuong Pagoda (Hung Yen City). According to the Organizing Committee of the procession, over 500,000 people came to worship, pay homage, show respect and spread the message of compassion, peace and humanity. The Buddha's relics are National treasure of India, noble symbol of Buddhism.
Chuong Pagoda, whose Chinese name is Kim Chung Tu, is a sacred ancient pagoda located in the Pho Hien National Special Relic Complex, attracting a large number of tourists from all over the world to visit and worship every year. The event of Buddha's relics being enshrined at Chuong Pagoda has a profound spiritual meaning, spreading cultural values, the spirit of kindness, connecting the community and promoting the tourism image of Hung Yen province.
To ensure convenience and safety for the people and visitors from all over, functional forces and thousands of volunteers were mobilized to support the Organizing Committee. After 2 days of the event, the security situation, traffic safety, and basic medical work were basically well guaranteed.
