Thai Thuy Linh teaches her daughter to protect the environment not for "show"

(Dan Tri) - People's Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan, Thai Thuy Linh... will perform in the program "Vietnam forever green in four seasons" organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

In response to World Environment Day (June 5) and the month of action for the environment in 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has directed the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater and related agencies and units to organize an art program with the theme of Vietnam forever green in all four seasons.

The program has the participation of People's Artist Thanh Lam, Meritorious Artist Viet Hoan, Thai Thuy Linh, MC My Van - Danh Tung and artists and actors of the Vietnam Contemporary Arts Theater.

The works in the program carry the message of calling on people to connect more with nature and join hands to protect natural resources, protect the environment, and spread to domestic and foreign tourists the beauty of Vietnam's nature and people.

Singer Thai Thuy Linh said that protecting the environment is not a choice, it is everyone's responsibility.

Thai Thuy Linh feels responsible for using her voice, music and personal influence to contribute to spreading the message of green living, living responsibly towards nature and the community.

"I used to teach my daughter how to protect the environment, and took her to pick up trash on the beach, not for show, but because I believe children need to be taught to love nature from the simplest things.

Protecting the environment does not require grand statements, but requires very specific actions from reducing plastic use, saving electricity and water, planting more trees, to singing a song instead of making noise in nature," Thai Thuy Linh shared.

Along with the art program, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a campaign to mobilize agencies and units under the Ministry to actively participate in environmental protection on the basis of integrating with approved work tasks.

Vietnam forever green in all four seasons takes place at 7:30 p.m. on June 5 at the Vietnamese Cultural Space (Le Thai To, Hanoi).
