Thang Binh: Total production value of economic sectors is estimated to reach more than 3,500 billion VND

On the afternoon of April 3, Thang Binh District Party Committee reviewed the implementation of tasks in the first quarter of 2025 and deployed key tasks in the second quarter of 2025.

In the first quarter of 2025, the Standing Committee of the Thang Binh District Party Committee issued the Overall Project on innovation and reorganization of the political system apparatus and the Project on reorganization of the Party organization associated with the reorganization of the district political system apparatus. Established the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the District Party Committee; at the same time, appointed the positions of Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department when establishing and reorganizing specialized agencies and public service units under the District People's Committee and agreed on the personnel plan to appoint Party Cells, Secretaries, Deputy Secretaries of Party Cells when establishing.

In terms of sectors, the total production value of industries in the area is estimated at more than 3,500 billion VND, up 13% over the same period in 2024 and reaching more than 25% of the annual plan. Of which, agriculture, forestry and fishery increased by nearly 2.1%, industry and construction increased by nearly 15%; trade and services increased by nearly 17%.

Implementing Resolution No. 13/2023/NQ-HDND dated September 22, 2023 of the People's Council of Quang Nam province on supporting the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for families of people with revolutionary contributions, poor households and near-poor households, up to now, Thang Binh district has built 87/97 houses, including 41 houses for people with revolutionary contributions and relatives of martyrs, 46 houses for poor and near-poor households with a total support cost of 3.57 billion VND.

In the second quarter of 2025, Thang Binh District Party Committee will continue to innovate propaganda forms in the direction of linking with the socio-economic development goals of the locality, creating consensus in organizing the implementation of the Conclusion of the Politburo and the Secretariat on the implementation of the arrangement of commune-level administrative units, ending the operation of district-level administrative units. Promote the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" and replicate models and typical examples in studying and following the ideology, morality and style of Ho Chi Minh.
