The project to invest in the construction of the extended provincial road 396 passing through Thanh Ha district still has problems with the land of 48 households.

By May 10, Thanh Ha district had cleared the land and reclaimed 105,543.8 ^{square meters} of land to implement the Provincial Road 396 Extension Investment Project, reaching 94.5%. The district has paid more than 43.8 billion VND to 285 families and individuals.

In this section, there are still more than 6,000 ^m2 of 48 families and land managed by the Commune People's Committee that has not been cleared. The reason is that some families and individuals have not been granted land use right certificates, do not have documents on land use rights, so it is difficult to determine the origin of the land. Assets built on agricultural land, in the traffic corridor, perennial trees planted on annual crop land are not compensated, but many families do not agree to sign the plan...

The project to invest in the construction of the extended provincial road 396 passing through Thanh Ha district is about 3.66 km long, reclaiming more than 111,000 ^m2 of 350 households, organizations and individuals in Vinh Cuong commune.
