The content of the working session focused on discussing the mechanism to support enterprises in Dong Nai province (especially private enterprises - subjects of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo on private economic development) to access loans for the purpose of investment, development, and technological innovation to serve production and business according to the mechanism of banks supporting loans, the State supporting the loan interest through the Science and Technology Development Fund of the province.
Director of the Department of Science and Technology Ta Quang Truong said that the Department will soon advise and propose to the provincial leaders on establishing a Science and Technology Development Fund to support businesses in borrowing capital for investment, production development and technological innovation. Especially supporting technological innovation, digital transformation and automation activities.
The leaders of the Department of Science and Technology also ordered the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics to participate in researching scientific and technological tasks on developing policies to support businesses in accessing loans in a specific and scientific manner. At the same time, they hope that the banking sector and commercial banks in the province will accompany and coordinate with the science and technology sector to develop appropriate business support programs, thereby promoting businesses to apply and innovate technology.
