Establishment of Ca Mau Province Economic Zone Management Board

(Chinhphu.vn) - Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha has just signed Decision No. 1695/QD-TTg dated August 7, 2025 on the establishment of the Ca Mau Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

According to the Decision, the Ca Mau Provincial Economic Zone Management Board was established on the basis of merging the Bac Lieu Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and the Ca Mau Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.

The Ca Mau Provincial Economic Zone Management Board (hereinafter referred to as the Management Board) is an administrative agency under the People's Committee of Ca Mau province, performing the function of direct state management of industrial parks and economic zones in Ca Mau province; managing and organizing the implementation of the function of providing public administrative services and other support services related to investment, production and business activities for enterprises in industrial parks and economic zones according to the provisions of law.

The Management Board has legal status, an account, a seal with the national emblem; state administrative management expenses, career operation expenses and development investment capital are provided by the state budget according to the annual plan and other funding sources according to regulations of competent state agencies.

The Management Board performs its duties and powers in accordance with current laws. The Head of the Management Board shall submit to the People's Committee of Ca Mau province specific regulations on the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Management Board in accordance with the provisions of law.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation; it annuls Decision No. 548/QD-TTg dated May 7, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Bac Lieu Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and Decision No. 1010/QD-TTg dated June 29, 2011 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Ca Mau Provincial Economic Zone Management Board.
