At the conference, the leaders of the Hoi An City Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the City Party Committee's Standing Committee on the establishment of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee on the basis of merging the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee and the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.

The Standing Committee of Hoi An City Party Committee assigned comrade Nguyen Thi Van - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission for the 2020 - 2025 term, concurrently holding the position of Director of the City Political Center from March 1, 2025.

The Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of Hoi An City Party Committee has 3 deputy heads, including comrades: Tran Thi Thu Hoa, Kieu Van Sang, Lam Van Tung.

The merger of the Propaganda Department and the Mass Mobilization Department of Hoi An City Party Committee is carried out in accordance with the Central Government's policy and the Provincial Party Committee's direction on streamlining and organizing the apparatus, aiming to improve work efficiency and meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
