During the storm, the authorities mobilized all means to bring necessities to families. After the storm, there was a lot of garbage and mud. We, together with the people and the support of businesses, cleaned up to restore a clean, green and beautiful environment to the city."

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Long, Vice Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Province Business Association, said: "The Provincial Business Association has mobilized all members with vehicles, machinery and people, along with the government and people. When the water recedes, we join hands to clean up the streets. Currently, we are mobilizing more than 100 vehicles and 30 excavators to support the transportation of waste and cleaning the streets."
